Many.......but I couldn't tailor to the extent you say you did...I couldn't opt of prostate insurance or colon insurance...my policies were all group policies with the same words used for all subscribers......through my company. My choices were HMOs or PPOs or standard policies....I could sometimes make a choice of deductible. My auto and home policies are worded in a general way and in tedious fashion detail what I am and am not covered for...deductibles can be chosen....
