Leni Gas & Oil We recommend a Speculative Buy rating. Our view: The issue of share incentives is likely to boost the morale of the employees of MOG. With Leni Gas & Oil’s decision not to challenge the ruling of the Commercial Court, the company can expect to recover most of the legal cost (that was involved in the trial) from the former in the coming period. In view of the sharp decline in the share price in the past week, after the company posted poor set of quarterly revenues and production, a rebound seems imminent after these latest set of updates. The stabilisation of production at the Guendalina prospect and future drilling work offshore Malta and onshore Italy present additional upside. We recommend a Speculative Buy rating.
