I know there's no basis for a criminal charge. But morally, making cannabis candies that are lookalikes to things kids love is reprehensible. Much more so than giving candy cigarettes to kids and telling them they're smoking. That, I'm sure, is legal too.

I find your outlook on this as naïve denial of the obvious. And I also find it interesting that people who defend the legality of things also end up defending the morality and good judgement of them as well. I guess the law is a moral teacher.

"Think of the children" is one of the main motivators behinds all sorts of intrusive big government controls ...

So children SHOULDN'T be protected?
