It looks like no political party will have an absolute majority. Notice how some of the strong democracies such as in Israel and India are electing parties to not have absolute majorities. Having this "hung parliament" situation requires some level of political maturity from the elected since now they have to form coalitions where they would be required to be flexible in their political dogmas. Considering that we have had a similar situation in the US where the Congress belongs to the party that is not in the WH and seeing the gridlock that such a situation causes, I wonder if is time for the electorate to rethink how they split vote and instead go for "down the line" vote.
