That is a completely ridiculous thing to say when you KNOW full well that the expansion of Medicaid was, indeed *always* was, and still is a huge part of the ACA reform.

Huge part by the numbers.

(You trying to pick and choose parts of the law that you want to ignore and pretend don't exist is just beyond silly.)
