Seems like they could have fixed it. Joe Biden's bankruptcy reform was probably the most anti-consumer banking law ever enacted. One in which consumers lost their ability to stop predatory credit card operations, and Biden's influence was the most important of all in getting it enacted. Thanks to MBNA/Deleware's prominent interests in seeing these outrageous lending practices go un-checked. So, whose fault is this, anyway?
