I just took it as my opportunity for my biggest position since mid 2012 (2% of my portfolio value in puts expiring after next Q earnings). I tend to take small ones leading up to earnings (most of which have worked great, sans this last one, where I lost ~.5% of portfolio). I only do when there's a divergence in the global share #s and the price movement, which has happened again with the live metrics since last week.
