in terms of diamond's products, all i hear about are negative comments on poor customer service and difficult to install/use software drivers it seems they keep pissing customers off. This will translate to the bottom line at some point. i can count the number of favorable views of diamond's products that i've heard lately on one hand. also, i don't really think the hayes deal is good for DIMD. old line modems are not the future. That's a major reason USRX dropped out of the bidding. DIMD on the other hand, has increased the cash and number of shares offered as its price declines. kind of makes you wonder. Plus the whole court proceeding keep dragging out and it only drains DIMD resources while hayes' name declines. comments?
