The guidance implies that Baidu may be paying Apple up to 30% of search revenue on iPhones. That explains the flat earnings guidance for 2014, but after that is built into the numbers, EPS growth should resume in 2015 in line with revenues. There's no other place all that gross profit growth could go. So it's good for AAPL, and good long run for Baidu.

Baidu was the default search engine on the iOS for China.
