Hi Kirk, If a Toyota employee is fortunate enough to be moved to Dallas, their biggest problem will be finding homes big enough to reapply their real estate sale in California. If you don't buy a house of equal or greater value you might have to pay taxes. We have a neighbor who looked hard to find a house expensive enough o reapply what his house in California brought. He said it was much larger than they wanted - but at the price they needed. Texas cities have a house shortage. I read a real estate report from our city that Houston has the skilled trades to build 27,000 homes this year. The trouble is there are 77,000 families moving into Houston this next year. Traffic is just getting worse almost by the day. Bob
