I heard on CNBC that one of the Korean ADRs is still trading at over a 100% premium to local shares. That sure doesn't seem like a panic to me. Perhaps this is some kind of corollary to MDB's observation that CEFs go to premiums during crashes. Comments, anyone? Tom
