Forty-five percent (45%) of Likely U.S. Voters now view the health care law at least somewhat favorably, while 51% continue to hold an unfavorable opinion of it, according to the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. This includes 21% with a Very Favorable view and 38% with a Very Unfavorable one.
