All I can say John is that Joe Klein is sure that is the intent
of the courts ruling--but is then he the head prosecutor.But I am
myself not truly sure,but it is my strong sense that this is what
is meant.Look at it this way,the DOJ's I feel was targeting the win98
from the start.They weren't going to waste tons of time and expenses
to pursue a case that would have no meaning once the 98 came out.
I am not anti-MSFT in general,but I am opposed to the Internet being
monopolized by one company.Max
