They are in default with MIDL. and MIDL is not going to pay them until they comply. ENUFF said The 10Q period was done BEFORE new departure acquistion and IT states it somewhere, I do not remember but I think the subsiquent event sections. Look at the period. I have said before Oct 9 it is bad I knew that. Hope that answers your concerns GB
