Not everyone deserves to own a home. It is something to be earned and aspired to. The sub-prime scam was just that. People were buying homes with close to no money down even if they had been through bankruptcies.

Not everyone should go to college either. An English or women's studies degree is useless. High school kids should be educated about how they can earn an excellent living, in many cases better than a college grad, in any honest trade.
