Patience with you is exhausted with this response. The point is, it wasn't perfect timing. By October 2012, it was clear that a downtrend was in place from Apple's all time high o/a 9/20/2012. Likewise, perfect timing on short puts would have been 6/20/2013 rather than the 1st quarter of 2013. The point is that perfect timing wasn't needed to have a superior risk/return strategy than your crystal ball timing strategy with poor understanding of the compan(ies) you are long or short. You're done here, as far as I'm concerned. Nothing personal - It is only that I'm here to exchange useful information. You don't provide cogent bear arguments and you surely don't show any capacity to improve your understanding of the company.
