I don't have good answer. A couple short sellers of this stock were saying in the teens. Given the margin pressure, let's use the low end of 2015 estimate, which is 80 cents on money.msn.com and use a 20x multiple, it gets you $16. Given the ongoing down revision in earnings, you don't want to pay much for uncertain growth, hence the rationale for using a 20x multiple. FSLR didn't find its bottom until it was selling for less than its book value. DDD is still at 5x. Irrationally can go both ways so who knows. I would not use a static target price. Trying to catch a bottom has never been fun in my experience. I want to see some positive sentiment before pulling the trigger, even if it means the stock is up 50-100% from its bottom.
