The numbers reflect intensifying international demand for cloud-based IT service automation software among enterprise organizations, which account for the majority of Cloud Sherpas' ServiceNow customer portfolio. Cloud Sherpas is responding by extending its commitment to ServiceNow customers. Over the next two years, the firm will invest approximately $12 million to help companies buy and implement more ServiceNow capabilities.
