Doesn't mean we shouldn't have stopped adding population 20M people ago, which is what this goes back to.
Bentway and Ted (among others) are wondering why I bought real estate here in the Bay Area even though prices are sky-high.

Next time they bring it up, I'll just point you out as an example of why there is a housing supply shortage and why I don't worry about losing any money on my new home.

Two words: Anti-development. (Or is that one word?)
