I don't understand the term "botched". He did die. As for the use of the term "cruel and Unusual" there was no intent by the state to do anything but to dispatch him painlessly. Clearly the various states and federal government have bent over backward to use methods that do not result in "cruel and unusual punishment."

Millions of innocent people die from heart attacks around the world every day. At least this deviant did not suffer the horrifying fate of his victim by being buried alive.

They should use the same stuff Michael Jackson's "doctor used. Just double the dose and don't assist. The executed will never know what hit him/her.

It is a simple retroactive abortion.
