The last statement refers to underlying problems that go beyond the creation of a level playing field; whereas the preceding statements attempt to define the "underlying problems" as loss of family values and psychological connection to community.

"People who have a community identity are likely connected with successful sub-cultures vs people who are products of destroyed family and disintegration of community who are often those floundering around in decadent lifestyles and generations of failure. A strong sense of community creates belonging and shared commitment, greater participation, perceived safety, a sense of greater purpose, increasing competency and control, and the need to contribute. This is clearly noticeable in successful sub-cultures."

When you have leveled the playing field for two or more generations and you see some struggling subcultures (like the boat people from South East Asia) begin to thrive, while other subcultures are continuing to disintegrate, you should be willing to admit there is more to the problem than creating a level playing field. My suggestion is that it is rooted in "loss of community." What is yours, increase attacks on white men?
