You've heard this before...".if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem...." Particularly when it's the only thing that's ever offered.

Offered doesn't mean its a solution, or even a step in the right direction. If what's on offer is negative, then those supporting "the solution" are part of the problem, and those opposing it are acting in a positive way. Don't fall for the politician's logic of "something must be done, this is something, therefore this must be done".

not a solution in your eyes, but a helluva lot better than anything the R's have offered.

No, worse then either the changes that the Republicans proposed, or the status quo before Obamacare.
