If the law isn't reversed in substantial part, this is going to happen.

Which brings with it two inescapable outcomes --

a) A dramatic reduction in the overall quality of health care and the innovation which supports it, and

b) An astounding cost burden the country cannot begin to meet. On top of the other failed programs -- SS, Medicare, and the mere Obamacare subsidies -- we can't begin to meet.

Pretty tragic way to end a great country.
