I don't think they're predictable or certainly inescapable. Moving to a system where the payer is the consumer, would arguably increase quality, and lower cost. At least that's the capitalist meme. ObamaCare is looking more and more like a "free market solution", in practice.

If that 90% happens, it will improve health care. The bigger question is will it improve gross compensation for the average worker? Hmm, got my doubts. Afraid it might go into the back pockets of shareholders.
