Rumor or truth? Balanced budget Puerto Rico 2014! "The guy I talked to at Oppenheimer & he said Puerto Rico will have a balanced budget this year. One year ahead of schedule. Good for pricing on the bonds." I believe it as truth the email sent to me, but that is my opinion. Opinion only. Research with Oppenheimer before you act. I tend to feel ORNCX is one fund, that will eventually benefit greatly. Will take some months, but then the trend will follow by the majority of the investment community.
