Thanks for 'grats! I don't have a good take right now on the general morale at the Big O. IMO the stock price is not going to materially affect the compensation of the rank & file sales reps, developers, etc., because the stock purchase plan is only something like 10% of salary, and in any case volatility actually benefits the ESPP participants because of the way the plan is structured. So I don't see reps jumping to VNTV as a result (as TD speculated). The really important thing is the ORCL retains the big guys, i.e. Lane & Henley, and lets Lane manage a lot more of the company, e.g. the applications business (in my own opinion).
