CSCO got blasted because of an insider selling report of 340k shares by key insiders. If the number one networker that is eating COMS & ASND's lunch has key insiders selling, they're going to have a hard time convincing non-key insiders from not selling too. If they sold at an average price of $80 (I'm lowballing), that's around 27.2 million dollars worth of funds. They sure weren't selling for their son's college education or for a new pool.
