You through regulation and cooperation together as if they where strongly linked, but they are concepts that have little to do with each other, and in fact regulation directly and indirectly stomps out certain forms of cooperation. "Stomps out certain forms". If you're going to say stuff with such certainty... give some data or at the very least a couple of examples. Otherwise your post is meaningless. How do I respond to nothingness?
