You have shown me nothing except in your head. You have not been able to establish any reason for its application, or limitation, except that it is not capital punishment and that it is necessary for public safety. Life in prison is the upper limit of our penal code. To go beyond that is barbaric and especially as it relates to killing anyone., <<I have shown you that it fails all tests required of a just determination and that there are no reigns on this course of action. It fails on all counts. It is neither humane, as you claim, nor is it justly resolute. >> A just determination never involves capital punishment except in your head. And that is your problem.
