I don't think Vantive has any plans of hiring the "rank & file" sales reps anyway.

Vantive only needs a few reps from Oracle and little more productivity and everybody would be quite happy. Maybe even Chuckie would climb aboard (yah right). Hey Chuck, funny how you started the week with Oracle at STRONG BUY and Vantive still on NEUTRAL.

Well that is only if you are implying volatility to mean it is volatile and UP. My opinion is that it will be a long, long, LONG time before Oracle hits a new high (perhaps NEVER). Oracle sure smells an awful lot like another Novell. Oracle's partners products add MUCH more business value than their stinky apps.
