John, I believe your referring to the 2:00 PM news conference called by the AG. In talking to the "The State" that will be in tomorrows news paper. As I understand it, he the AG called off his threat to arrest anybody on 12/15 and will not pursue his threat in that manner. He stated that his goal is to get the Supreme Court to rule on whether Video Poker is a lottery and illegal under the state constitution, and he felt that he could best do this by joining with the group that has filed a class action against the industry yesterday. I 'll have to wait for tommorrows paper for fuller details, however the paper did comment in its editorial page today.
