NATURALLY SPLENDID TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR QUOTATION ON OTCQB

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. has begun the process to submit an application in order to be quoted on the U.S. OTCQB marketplace. The quotation on the U.S. OTCQB marketplace will be subject to, among other things, approval of a Form 15c2-11 and an effective United States registration statement.

Naturally Splendid chief executive officer Craig Goodwin states: "We are excited to be substantially expanding our potential U.S. shareholder base by applying for a U.S. OTCQB quotation. On obtaining this quotation, Naturally Splendid will be trading on three international platforms: TSX Venture (Canada), OTCQB (USA) and the Frankfurt Exchange (Germany). These multiple listings/quotation platforms not only give our company a much larger potential shareholder base but allow for enhanced liquidity and premium valuations in the robust health/natural consumer goods space. We look forward to introducing Naturally Splendid to one of the largest health food markets in the world and expanding our brand recognition throughout the United States."
