>>>Koan: “As I keep saying some people are going to be innocent or have deep psychological problems.”

Yes, you often repeat that or something similar to it. However, what you fail to recognize is that we are limited to a system, in which a convicted criminal is not a person who is also innocent. If you have an alternative, other than abandoning the goals of justice altogether, I’d love to see it. Our system further eliminates any psychological issues so that a convicted criminal may only be a person who is considered fully responsible psychologically and otherwise for their conduct. Our modernized system includes an exhaustive appeals system designed to eliminate errors in the process.

>>>Koan: “Where does your thinking take you when you figure in they often execute an innocent people or people who are not capable of understanding?”

My thinking, based on all available scientific evidence, tells me this is not a valid claim.

>>>Koan: “You sidestep that question over and over, because you have no answer for it.”

No I don’t

The sidestepping or at least flawed understanding of justice is being presented on your side of the discussion. (continued in next post)
