The ACA limits a small subset of policies... But also increases cooperation with millions on newly insured. Most of what government does increases cooperation. When the government builds or maintains a road, it's all of us cooperating to our mutual benefit. The military is us all cooperating to defend out world interests. A stop light is the ultimate in simplistic cooperation. I could go on and on... As to this: Its not just business activity (although that's the area where government control seems least in check) but also such things as bans on donation of foods to homeless shelters huffingtonpost.com If things like that were so common, you wouldn't have to go back two years to find one. Any idea of the current status on that, or don't you care?
