You gotta be kidding. That statement reflects a gross misunderstanding of what one goes through to get a business off the ground.

Oh I understand. Regulation is a necessary expense, but it's the same across an industry. Financing and talent (and frankly, smarts) are by far bigger hurdles.

Frankly, it's NEVER been easier to start a new business. So much for Tim's black hole of "nattering nabobs of negativism". (Been thinking how that phrase is exactly today's Republican Party and hoping to find a place to use it).
