I believe Glavin is a Director in his late seventies. He has sold shares steadily (usually 5-30,000 a month) over the past two years. It appears to be connected to retirement/estate planning. He sold about 50,000 shares in 1995, about 40,000 shares in 1996, and about 60,000 so far in 1997. Many of the sales were at prices in the $5-9 dollar range. I do not see much "insider information value" to these sales.
