It is, but she, as a 23 year old kid, "fooled" with the most powerful man in the universe, who should have known better. You can't really blame her for the infatuation.

Taking advantage of such an imbalance of power is pretty close to being a sexual assault. Like taking advantage of a drunken teenager.

I suspect her decision to "tell all" is more about getting at Hillary than it is at Bill. The infatuation continues, perhaps.
