This is happening because more people have wanted to buy than sell in the past few weeks. May be an entirely different story in the next two weeks. Sim's comments the other day about how Creative would be doing a great job if they met the low end of their target probably cost the stock 5 points. I think what he was trying to do was to set up the expectation that Creative would not meet the low-end (while knowing that it would) and set up a positive surprise when they do meet the low-end or slightly exceed it. Obviously, he screwed up. The longer term question is what kind of impact the Asia crisis will have in the next six to twelve months.
