Carbon dioxide itself is not "bad." Water is also necessary for life. Too much water will kill you. Too much carbon dioxide causes dangerous climate change. Greenhouse gases were determined to be pollutants as defined in the US Clean Air Act . This was a ruling of the (politically conservative) US Supreme Court.

I know that I'm a bit stubborn on this issue, but I really can't take scientific concern about CO2's role in AGW, until some climate scientists explain the correlation between the 50% increase in CO2 and the 40%+ decline in oceanic phytoplankton since 1950..

We know that ocean phytoplankton are responsible for 50-70% of the total global photosynthesis, yet no one has incorporated this fact into their climate models.

Assume you have a sponge that is saturated by exactly one cup of water.

Now.. take a sponge that is 40% smaller and pour a cup of water on it and see what happens..

it's kind of a "no-brainer" that there will CO2 increases so long as their is less photosynthesis occurring..

So add my question as #11, if you will.. When that gets answered, then maybe I'll give some credibility to their other explanations.
