Bush wanted the oil to be on the market. He made no particular effort to "get it". It was a definite, indisputable national security interest at that time to see that oil on the market.

And there has never been ONE SHRED of evidence Bush lied about ANYTHING.

I would point out, of course, that your guy was named "Liar of the Year" last year. That doesn't seem to bother you at all.
