No it isn't. The above could be true but by no means is it "incontrovertible". Your certainty requires a leap of faith.
For the past 50-ish years, we have had direct atmospheric measurements, using decent equipment. Going back anything more than 200 years (my guess as to when "modern" scientific equipment was invented) ALL data is speculative and subject to rather large error bars. Ice core studies, fluid inclusion studies, tree ring studies, etc. all rely on data manipulation, supposition, data quality rounding, author bias and agendas. I worked on fluid inclusions in University. It is by no means an exact science.
It really gets my goat when so many people blindly accept "stuff" as gospel. Say it often enough and it becomes truth, regardless of the truth. As Bob said, show me data, not emotion. And none of that fluff data either!
