the key is to educate the voters on what coal means to West virginia's economy. It only employ's only 3% of the population yet it continues to blow up their mountains, pollute their streams, and kill their employees.

"Why do you/we tolerate this?" is the way to frame the question? Also need a primary candidate to challenge Manchin who is the coal lobby's pocket.
