Thanks for your views. BCB doesn't seem to agree with you about the absence of politics being a necessity here. For some of us energy issues and politics are inextricably intertwined, but I understand it if this approach is not for yourself. My own take on West Virgina is that they are getting the kind of state government they've allowed to happen. Wish it weren't so. Best to you also. BUTW
