We do? Let's start with the FACT that we as a nation are broke. We are currently in a time where interest rates are very low and the promises to the baby boomers are just starting to come due. Imagine the cost of the national debt when interest rates return to normal - and we have to pay for all of the promises to we oldsters.

Just remember - manufacturing returning to the US is due to the low cost of energy here. You guys sure want to bring that trend to an end. And BTW - which part of our populace benefits from the return of manufacturing to the US (hint - those the D party loudly PURPORT to care about - I can only laugh).

If we are going to absorb the costs of the CO2 lobby - what are we not going to spend on?

This is where I go nuts with you guys. You simply do not deal with the economic aspects of your politics! You try to scare the crap out of us - and ignore the implications of what you want.

When I asked Sam for a plan and cost estimate that worked - I got NOTHING.

I hold empty ranting without ANY disclosure of its implications in utter contempt.
