I'm talking GLOBALLY applying, not for just one small BC fishery. Gigatonnes would be required, in all likelihood. A crazy idea that MIGHT temporarily work in some areas. Other areas, it might just encourage growth of cyanobacteria. It doesn't address the problem of ocean acidification. It's over simplification to think that just feed 'em with iron and they'll grow.

CO2 emissions reductions are needed, badly.
