My only comment is that what ever Obama does by executive order, in his attempt to do an end run around
the elected representatives of the people, can be undone by another executive order of the next President or
by a Congress that grows a pair. Executive orders are not statutory law, they are not written in stone. So I
would not get too upset by his attempts to undemocratically force unpopular measures on the people in the
waning months of his term. Many will be removed before they can come into full effect.
