Dominion Cove Point Responds to CCAN smnewsnet.com ----- I don't know where the opponents think they are going with this line of argument. The only remaining major hurtles for the project are FERC approval, the environmental assessment of the facility is expected about May 15th and is expected to be favorable, and the Maryland Public Service Commission ruling on the necessity of the 130-megawatt power plant that Dominion says it needs for the export operation. Neither FERC or the MPSC will take complaints to the SEC about the language in the prospectus for the MLP into consideration. Is this the best the opponents can do? Have they run out of creditable arguments?
