There has been numerousl allusions (illusions?) about econopmy of scale on this thread. The margins for the carbon product have been going down not up- despite increased capacity.. The major benefit to be derived form scale is when your meeitng new demand with unused capacity - not when you have to build new plants just to meet current demand. Please explain how amoritization (depreciation??) reduces manufacturing cost.

In order to meet the objective of "low cost" fiber, you need to do more than increase capacity. By the way what is this "more tolerant" price, and what technolgy is ZOLT going to use to get there? share it with us

At what price will the bridge builders use it?? What price is the other major new users waitinfg for. do you know; if so, enlighten us.
