Yes exactly, the Greek/Hellene world 300BC was the dominant Culture, dominant universal language all over, dominant in wisdom at the time of the early translations. Before this, the Hebrew had only a very limited & nebulous idea of Heaven & Hell, Satan, Angels and such. You are probably looking at something as basically limited as the Native Americans with vague reference to some smoking piece of land that smelled of sulphor fumes, smoke & vapors. (Which they prolly had somehwere, some forbidding caves or local geothermal ventings)
Over all this you have Egyptians everywhere in the background effecting these primitive tribes that spawns myth of Moses & Egyptians huge preoccupation with the afterlife, Day of Judgement and the idea of Heaven & Hell...and those principals of MAAT (Truth & Light) that are the foundation of the Ten Commandments.
(Later in 600BC you have the effects of the Persians with Cyrus, your idea that it was the Hebrew that influenced them is rediculous but over all it was the Egyptian civilization that rules over all, that much is obvious to all)
