And i've already mentioned this to you before, if you want to get into archaeology and look at this scant biblical historical record (this being a science thread) , there is none really.

From about 600bc you get a few prophets like Jeremia or Isaiah, some skimpy mentioning of a prayer here or there, then there's zilch on down to the 1rst century except some slight embellishments from already vague offerings.

Look for yourself there's hardly anything at all from 600bc to 100bc, amazing -------->>

List of artifacts in biblical archaeology

Were there a tribe of Hebrews that developed some proto language 800bc that might have been involved in a few insignificant skirmishes? Sure, so what?

Besides pointing to a tiny few instances of Egyptians recording some battles in the Sinai, again so what? The Egyptians also recorded 1000's & 1000's of other things as well. This so called "Biblical Archaeology" is just so much "air" that is teriffic for its shear scantiness, the rest is all proven earlier myths from the creation story to the flood.

Everything else gets penned in 300-150BC when the Greeks arrive, surprise surprise, but no surprise. Your parent religion tried to develope itself in a vacuum & thats why it had nothing much going on till more civilized people arrive to give them more things to think about AND.... a far more developed language to express it.

Remember -->language & information relationship? Thats what the Greeks gave them, greater information capability, a whole lot of new deeper takes on wisdom & ethics, since they were far far more advanced, no contest.
